information that connects with any use of your User Submissions. In case you are asked to use a specific hashtag for a competition or sweepstake, terms and conditions of participation for competitions apply.
13. SXM FESTIVAL TICKET
You must be 18 years of age to purchase tickets for our SXM Festival event (‘Event’). The general terms and conditions (‘Terms’) and Privacy Policy (‘PP’) govern the purchase and the use of your ticket, the NAOZ platform and the services and content included therein. The general terms and conditions (‘Terms’) and Privacy Policy (‘PP’) govern the purchase and the use of your SXMFestival by SXM Festival products. Should you allow others to access the NAOZ platform for the purposes of the Event, you are responsible for seeking their approval with these Terms and PP. You are
jointly liable for their non-compliance. You are also responsible for the internet subscription and appropriate end devices to access the NAOZ platform and enjoy the Event.
